Round slings Duplix Air – Helicopter slings

In cooperation with a renowned service provider in the helicopter transport segment, VTT Group has developed the Duplix Air round sling according to HESLO 1,2,4,5 general use, round sling as a sling.

The round sling Duplix Air has a safety factor of 1:10 which has been tested on our in-house testing machine, i.e. slightly more than the required value of 9.43 according to HESLO.

The Duplix Air round sling has also proven itself in practical use.

Ideal for high performance, the VTT Duplix Air round slings can be used for helicopter transport. They are manufactured in accordance with the EN 1492-2 standard and have a very strong, specially woven sheath that meets the highest wear requirements.

Application example with VTT Duplix Air round slings:

– Determination of the maximum external load carrying capacity of the helicopter.

– Determination of the load capacity of the LAM (load bearing means)

– Determination of the breaking strength of the LAM and maximum load of the LAM

Results in the maximum external load carrying capacity.
