Strapping belt (Polyester)
Glued (type WG), is the basis of all polyester straps. These polyester thread structure tapes have been at home in all industries for many years. Sensitive edges and surfaces are not damaged by the strap.
Strapping belt (composite)
Coated (type CC), is a polyester strap with a high abrasion protection when used on products with rough surfaces. Optimum sealing strength is a basic requirement for effective product protection. In addition, the CC-strap can be printed excellently and can be used under all climatic conditions.
Load securing strap CORDLASH®
Woven from high-strength brand-name polyester, is heat-set and adhesive impregnated. Available in strengths from 2,000 daN up to over 20,000 daN. Using the appropriately designed buckles and fasteners, our straps are the better and safer alternative to steel strapping, steel wire, chains and other materials.
Load securing straps can be tensioned both manually and pneumatically. The additional use of our anti-slip mats is often recommended in order to positively reduce the required securing forces. Cordlash® polyester load securing systems have proven their worth particularly in securing various goods from the chemical and paper processing industry, structural and civil engineering, mechanical and apparatus engineering as well as many other industries, in container, flat, rail and ship loading.
Available in band widths of 9 – 50 mm, system strengths between 275 and up to over 20’000 daN, on request even printed, we offer the right lashing system for every application.
Lashing Belts / Strapping Belts
First-class materials for the toughest loads
PROFIX® and DUPLIX® Lashing belts have been specially developed for the heaviest loads during cargo handling and transport. They have very low elongation and do not absorb moisture. The additional impregnation increases the permanent heat resistance (up to 100°C) and protects the belts against soiling, weathering, light and wear.
More safety in road traffic
Wrongly or inadequately secured loads represent a major hazard in road traffic, for trucks, vans as well as for private vehicles.
VTT therefore offers a wide range of handy and inexpensive strapping belts. With their wide contact surface, they ensure gentle handling of sensitive goods.
